SPD Bank announces convertible bond conversion results

As of June 30, 2025, a total of CNY 11,788,617,000 of "SPD Convertible Bonds" have been converted into the company's ordinary shares, resulting in 912,418,786 new shares. This represents 3.1085% of the total ordinary shares issued before the conversion. From April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025 alone, CNY 11,787,177,000 were converted into 912,320,187 shares. The remaining unconverted "SPD Convertible Bonds" amount to CNY 38,211,383,000, or 76.4228% of the total issued. The bank's total share capital has increased from 29,352,178,996 to 30,264,499,183 shares following these conversions.
