Runda Medical: Convertible bonds converted, shares increase

Shanghai Runda Medical Technology (SSE:603108) announced that between April 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025, CNY 180,000 of "Runda Convertible Bonds" were converted into company shares, resulting in 13,839 new shares. Cumulatively, CNY 315,655,000 of bonds have been converted, representing 57.3918% of the total issued convertible bonds and resulting in 24,130,185 shares, or 4.1637% of the pre-conversion share capital. As of June 30, 2025, CNY 234,345,000 of convertible bonds remain outstanding, accounting for 42.6082% of the total issuance. The conversion has increased the company's total share capital to 603,664,264 shares.
