Juneyao Airlines continues share repurchase program

Shanghai Juneyao Airlines (SSE:603885) announced it has repurchased 26,565,986 shares through centralized bidding as part of its ongoing share repurchase program. As of June 30, 2025, the repurchased shares account for 1.22% of the company's total share capital. The airline spent a total of CNY 338,219,783.53 (excluding transaction costs) on the repurchase, with individual share prices ranging from CNY 11.93 to CNY 13.46. The repurchase program, approved on January 27, 2025, aims to repurchase shares for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives. The company has amended the use of 15,000,000 of these shares for cancellation in order to reduce registered capital. Juneyao Airlines stated that it will continue to implement the repurchase plan based on market conditions and in accordance with relevant regulations.
