Jinko Power: Convertible bond conversion update

Jinko Power Technology Co., Ltd. (SSE:601778) has announced the results of its convertible bond conversion, stating that a total of CNY 704,171,000 of "Jinko Convertible Bonds" have been converted into company stock as of June 30, 2025. This represents 128,970,821 shares, accounting for approximately 4.66% of the company's total share capital before the conversion. As of the same date, the remaining unconverted "Jinko Convertible Bonds" amount to CNY 2,295,815,000, representing 76.53% of the total issued bonds. During the period from April 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025, CNY 10,000 of "Jinko Convertible Bonds" were converted, resulting in 1,903 shares. The current conversion price is CNY 5.24 per share.
