Huayou Cobalt announces convertible bond conversion results

Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt (SSE:603799) has announced the results of its convertible bond conversion. As of June 30, 2025, a total of CNY 2,135,000 worth of "Huayou Convertible Bonds" have been converted into company stock, with CNY 2,127,000 converted into shares and CNY 8,000 repurchased. The total number of shares converted reached 36,888, accounting for 0.00231% of the company's issued share capital before the conversion. As of the same date, CNY 7,597,865,000 of the bonds remain unconverted, representing 99.97191% of the total issued bonds. The conversion price is currently CNY 34.43 per share.
