As of June 30, 2025, the company has repurchased 5,580,100 shares, representing 0.012% of the total share capital. The repurchases were executed via centralized bidding, with prices ranging from CNY 1.79 to CNY 1.80 per share, for a total expenditure of CNY 9,999,200, excluding transaction costs. The repurchase program, with a total budget between CNY 100,000,000 and CNY 200,000,000, aims to reduce registered capital. The company stated that it will continue to implement the repurchase program in accordance with relevant regulations and will disclose further progress as required.
