Bank of Nanjing announces convertible bond conversion results, redemption

Bank of Nanjing [SSE:601009] announced that, as of June 30, CNY 18,578,862,000 of "Nanjing Bank Convertible Bonds" had been converted into 2,179,835,434 A-shares, representing 21.7831% of the bank's pre-conversion share capital. In the second quarter of 2025 alone, CNY 9,054,382,000 converted to 1,111,860,653 shares. Following this conversion, the outstanding amount of "Nanjing Bank Convertible Bonds" is CNY 1,421,138,000, representing 7.1057% of the initial issuance.
