Bank of Beijing announces CNY 0.20 per share dividend

The Bank of Beijing (SSE:601169) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual profit distribution plan, which was approved at the company's annual general meeting on May 21, 2025. The bank will distribute a final cash dividend of CNY 0.20 per share (before tax) to A-share holders based on a total share capital of 21,142,984,272 shares, amounting to a total distribution of CNY 4,228,596,854.40. The record date for the dividend is July 9, 2025, and the ex-dividend date and payment date are both July 10, 2025. Combined with the interim dividend of CNY 0.120 per share (before tax) already paid, the total cash dividend for 2024 is CNY 0.320 per share (before tax), totaling CNY 67.66 billion. Different tax treatments will apply to individual and institutional investors, in accordance with relevant regulations.
