Will Semiconductor (SSE:603501) announced that, as of June 30, 2025, a cumulative amount of CNY 7,535,000 of "Vewell Convertible Bonds" has been converted into company shares, resulting in an additional 34,651 shares, representing 0.004% of the total share capital prior to the conversion. In the second quarter of 2025, CNY 250,000 was converted, resulting in 1,538 shares. The remaining unconverted "Vewell Convertible Bonds" amount to CNY 2,432,461,000, accounting for 99.69% of the total issued convertible bonds.
