Tiandi Tech elects new leadership, completes board reshuffle

Tiandi Science & Technology (SSE:600582) has announced the appointment of Zhang Lin as General Manager, effective June 30, 2025. The company’s board also appointed Wang Zhigang (CFO), Min Yong, Wang Yunpeng, and Yu Jidong as Vice General Managers. These appointments followed the company's eighth board meeting, which saw the election of Hu Shanting as Chairman and Fan Shaogang as Vice Chairman. The board composition was further updated with Wu Ping as a non-independent director and Xia Ning, Zhang He, and Liu Hui as independent directors. Min Yong has been appointed Board Secretary, with Gao Xiang taking on the role of Securities Affairs Representative. The board has also restructured its key committees, including Strategy and Investment, Nomination, Compensation and Assessment, and Audit committees, populated by the newly elected and appointed leaders. These changes were approved at the 2025 annual general meeting where shareholders also voted to abolish the supervisory board. All director and officer appointments are effective until the expiration of the eighth board's term.
