Huaihe Energy: Director, GM and secretary Ma resigns

Huaihe Energy Group (SSE: 600575) announced the resignation of Mr. Ma Jinhua from his positions as Director, General Manager, and Secretary of the Board, effective July 1, 2025. The resignation is attributed to Mr. Ma reaching retirement age. According to the announcement, Mr. Ma will no longer hold any position within the company. Huaihe Energy stated that Mr. Ma's departure will not reduce the number of board members below the legal minimum or negatively impact the company's operations. The board expressed gratitude to Mr. Ma for his contributions during his tenure. Chairman Zhou Tao will temporarily fulfill the duties of Board Secretary until a permanent replacement is appointed. The company will proceed with the election of a new director and the appointment of a new General Manager and Board Secretary.
