Baiyun Airport adjusts share issuance price and quantity

Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (SSE:600004) announced adjustments to its private placement of A-shares after implementing its 2024 annual equity distribution. The issuance price is adjusted from CNY 7.63 per share to CNY 7.60 per share. Consequently, the planned issuance volume has been revised to a maximum of 210,526,315 shares, up from the previous 209,698,558 shares. This adjustment adheres to the terms outlined in the company's original issuance plan, which stipulates revisions to the issuance price and quantity in the event of dividend distributions or other similar events. The company's 2024 annual dividend distribution involved a cash dividend of CNY 0.0747 per share based on a total share capital of 2,366,718,283 shares. The proposed private placement seeks to raise no more than CNY 160,000,000.00. The adjusted terms are still subject to approval from the Shanghai Stock Exchange and registration with the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
