Nanjing Iron & Steel director Li Guozhong resigns

Nanjing Iron & Steel (SSE:600282) announced the resignation of Director Li Guozhong, effective June 23, 2025. Li Guozhong, who also served as Vice Chairman of the Board and member of the Strategy and ESG Committee, is stepping down due to job changes. His original term was set to expire on January 29, 2027. The company stated that Li's resignation will not reduce the board below the legal minimum size nor disrupt normal operations, and that his duties are being properly transitioned. The company acknowledged Li's contributions during his tenure.
