Longi Green Energy injects capital into subsidiary; bond put triggered

Longi Green Energy Technology (SSE:601012) is set to bolster its subsidiary, Longi Le Ye Photovoltaic Technology, with a CNY 1.08 billion capital injection. This move aims to support the "Copper-Chuan Longi Annual Production of 12GW High-Efficiency Monocrystalline Cell Project." Longi Le Ye will then allocate the same amount to Copper-Chuan Longi Photovoltaic Technology, also a wholly-owned subsidiary. Of this investment in Copper-Chuan Longi Photovoltaic Technology, CNY 254.68 million will be used to increase registered capital, with the remaining CNY 825.32 million allocated to its capital reserve.
