Juneyao Airlines' controlling shareholder releases and pledges shares

Shanghai Juneyao Airlines (SSE:603885) announced that its controlling shareholder, Juneyao Group, has undergone transactions involving the release and pledge of company shares. Juneyao Group holds 1,020,862,080 shares, representing 46.42% of Juneyao Airlines' total shares. Following these transactions, Juneyao Group has cumulatively pledged 81,275,000 shares, accounting for 79.61% of its holdings and 36.96% of the airline's total shares. Specifically, 1,700,000 shares were released from pledge on June 24, 2025, and subsequently pledged again on the same day to China Construction Bank, Shanghai Pudong Branch. The pledged shares serve as collateral for Juneyao Group's debt financing, with CNY845 million due within one year and CNY4.3085 billion due after one year. A related entity, Junyao Investment, also holds pledged shares with debt financing of CNY200 million.
