Jilin Forest Industry shareholder Zhao Zhihua pledges shares

Jilin Forest Industry (SSE:600189) announced that shareholder and director Zhao Zhihua pledged 14.12 million of their shares in the company to China HUAXIA Bank Suzhou Branch on June 24, 2025. This pledge accounts for 33.42% of Zhao's holdings in Jilin Forest Industry and 1.97% of the company's total share capital. Following this transaction, the cumulative number of shares pledged by Zhao Zhihua amounts to 31.72 million shares, representing 75.08% of their total holdings and 4.44% of the company's total share capital. Together with consistent actor Chen Aili, a total of 31.72 million shares have been pledged, representing 72.67% of total holdings. According to the announcement, the pledge serves to meet Zhao Zhihua's personal financial requirements.
