Hanma Tech updates on reorganization share transfer progress

Hualing Xingma Automobile Group (SSE:600375) announced updates on the progress of share transfers related to its reorganization plan. As of June 28, 2025, CNY 342,450,065 shares have been transferred to creditors' securities accounts to settle debts as part of the approved reorganization plan. Previously, CNY 515,385,607 shares were allocated to the industry investors. The company recently applied to the court to transfer 32,740,848 shares, representing 2.04% of total share capital, to creditors through judicial transfer. Following this transfer, 90,920,851 shares, or 5.67% of total share capital, will remain in the company's bankruptcy enterprise property disposal special account.
