COSCO SHIPPING Development (SSE:601866) announced the completion of its A-share buyback program initiated on April 9, 2025. The company repurchased 47.01 million A-shares, representing 0.35% of its total share capital as of June 26, 2025, at an average price of CNY2.37 per share, investing a total of CNY111.21 million. Ranging between CNY2.21 and CNY2.73 per share, with funds sourced from both a bank loan and company funds. These repurchased shares will be canceled, reducing the registered capital, which the company expects to complete by June 30, 2025.
