China Shenhua to distribute CNY 2.26 dividend per share

China Shenhua Energy (SSE:601088) has announced its 2024 equity distribution plan, with a cash dividend of CNY 2.26 per share for A-shareholders. The distribution, approved at the company's Annual General Meeting on June 20, 2025, totals CNY 44,902,855,098.30 based on a total share capital of 19,868,519,955 shares. For A-shares held by natural persons and securities investment funds, the dividend remains untaxed. QFII and RQFII investors, along with Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect shareholders, will receive CNY 2.034 per share after a 10% withholding tax. The equity registration date is set for July 4, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend distribution date both scheduled for July 7, 2025.
