Baosight Software announces chairman resignation, nominates new director

Shanghai Baosight Software (SSE:600845) announced the resignation of Chairman Xia Xuesong, effective June 27, 2025, due to work reasons. Xia Xuesong also stepped down from his positions as Director and Chairman of the Strategy Committee. The board has nominated Tian Guobing, previously holding senior positions within Baosteel and Ouye Industrial Products, as a director candidate. The company confirmed that Xia Xuesong will not hold any position within the company after his resignation and has committed to not reducing his holdings of the company’s shares within half a year from his resignation. The board will proceed with the director election in accordance with regulations. Tian Guobing currently holds 18,800 shares of Baosight Software.
