Shanghai airport approves 2024 financials and 2025 outlook

Shanghai International Airport (SSE: 600009) held its annual shareholder meeting on June 27, 2025, approving all presented resolutions. Key items included the 2024 Board of Directors report, the 2024 Supervisory Board report, and the 2024 financial statements, all passing with over 99% shareholder approval. A plan for 2024 year-end profit distribution also received overwhelming support. Shareholders also authorized the board to implement interim dividend distributions in 2025 and approved the appointment of financial and internal control auditors for the coming year. Amendments to the company's articles of association and shareholder meeting rules were also ratified. The meeting was attended by 1,990 shareholders and proxies representing 63.8083% of the company's voting shares.
