Fosun Pharma repurchases 606,100 A shares on Shanghai Exchange

Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:600196) disclosed that it repurchased 606,100 of its A shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on June 27, 2025. The shares were repurchased at a price range of CNY 24.70 to CNY 24.76 per share, resulting in a total expenditure of CNY 14,997,260. Following the repurchase, 606,100 shares will be held as treasury shares. The total number of issued shares excluding treasury shares is 2,099,115,373 and the number of treasury shares is 19,373,452, resulting in total issued shares of 2,118,488,825.
