Bohui Paper: Shareholder re-pledges after partial unpledging

Shandong Bohui Paper Industrial (SSE:600966) announced that its controlling shareholder, Bohui Group, and its consistent actors have completed a partial release and subsequent re-pledge of shares. As of the announcement date, Bohui Group and its consistent actors collectively hold 652,871,937 shares, representing 48.84% of Bohui Paper's total share capital. Following the transactions, the cumulative pledged shares by Bohui Group and its consistent actors now amount to 443,756,958, accounting for 67.97% of their holdings and 33.19% of the total share capital. The remaining unpledged shares total 209,114,979 and are unrestricted shares. Bohui Group's upcoming pledged shares due within one year amount to 156,456,958 shares, representing 40.59% of its holdings, corresponding to a financing balance of CNY33,012.42 million. Bohui Paper affirms there are no instances of non-operating capital occupation, irregular guarantees, or related-party transactions infringing on the company's interests.
