Wintime Energy (SSE:600157) announced the completion of its share repurchase program, initiated to support the company's stock value and shareholder interests. Between June 25, 2024, and June 23, 2025, the company repurchased 400 million shares, representing 1.80% of its total share capital. The repurchase was executed at prices ranging from CNY 1.02 to CNY 1.71 per share, totaling CNY 500,992,812.08. These shares will be canceled to reduce registered capital. The company will complete the share cancellation process and fulfill related disclosure obligations.
