Skshu Paint subsidiary wins RMB 3.27m in construction dispute

Skshu Paint (SSE:603737) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fujian Skshu Construction Decoration, has won a first-instance judgment in a construction project contract dispute against Jinan Liang'an Real Estate. The Tianqiao District People's Court of Jinan City ordered Jinan Liang'an Real Estate to pay Fujian Skshu Construction Decoration RMB 3,269,800 in project funds, along with interest calculated from July 17, 2024, based on the one-year loan prime rate, and RMB 3,500 for property preservation insurance costs. The court rejected other claims from the plaintiff. While the company will monitor the case's progress, Skshu Paint states that this ruling will not negatively impact its current or future profits.
