Sichuan Road & Bridge announces successful MTN issuance

Sichuan Road & Bridge (SSE:600039) announced the successful completion of its 2025 first-term medium-term notes issuance on June 16, 2025. The notes, with the product name "25 Sichuan Road & Bridge MTN001" (code 102582432), have a term of 3+N years, maturing on December 31, 2099. The issuance size matched the planned amount of CNY 1.2 billion, sold at CNY 100 per hundred, carrying an interest rate of 2.08%. China CITIC Bank acted as the lead underwriter, while Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Bank of China, and Industrial Bank served as joint lead underwriters. China CITIC Bank was also the bookrunner. The announcement confirms that the company had previously obtained approval for the debt financing instrument issuance, referencing announcements made in July and September 2024.
