Shaanxi Construction Engineering executives plan share reduction

Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:600248) announced that senior executives Zheng Falong and Yan Yongjun intend to reduce their holdings in the company. Zheng Falong, the general counsel, and Yan Yongjun, the deputy general manager, currently hold 250,000 shares each, representing 0.0066% of the company's total share capital. Both executives plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 41,800 shares each, representing 0.0011% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding. The reduction will occur within three months following 15 trading days from the announcement date, with prices determined by market conditions.
