People.cn: Director resignation and proposed appointment

People.cn (SSE:603000) announced the resignation of Director Wu Tianhong, effective June 17, 2025, due to work-related changes. Wu Tianhong also relinquished her roles on the Audit Committee and Remuneration and Assessment Committee. The board expressed gratitude for her contributions during her tenure. In parallel, the company proposed the appointment of Xu Bo, currently the General Manager of Global Times Co., Ltd., as a non-independent director. This proposal will be submitted for shareholder approval at the 2024 Annual General Meeting. Xu Bo holds no shares in People.cn.
