Oriental Pearl approves key proposals at AGM

Shanghai-based Oriental Pearl Group (SSE: 600637) held its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 18, 2025, where shareholders approved all proposed resolutions. Key approvals included the 2024 Board of Directors work report, the 2024 Supervisory Board work report, the 2024 annual report and its full text, the 2024 financial statements, and the 2024 profit distribution plan, along with a 2025 interim dividend proposal.
