NARI Technology elects new chairman, CEO resigns

NARI Technology's board of directors has elected Zheng Zongqiang as the Chairman of the Board at its recent meeting. Zheng will also serve as the convener of several key committees, including the Strategy Committee, the Science and Technology Innovation Committee, and the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee. His term will last until the expiration of the current board. Concurrently, Zheng Zongqiang has resigned from his roles as Deputy Chairman and General Manager due to a change in his roles. The company has initiated procedures to fill the vacant Deputy Chairman and General Manager positions in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
