Micro-Tech (Nanjing) announces 2024 cash dividend distribution

Nanwei Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (SSE:688029) announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, with a cash dividend of CNY 1.0 per share. The equity registration date is set for June 23, 2025, and the ex-right (ex-dividend) and cash dividend distribution dates are both scheduled for June 24, 2025. The distribution excludes shares held in the company's repurchase account.
