Longi Green Energy: Controlling shareholder pledges shares

Longi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (SSE:601012) announced that its controlling shareholder, Li Zhenguo, has pledged 235 million company shares. This pledge comprises two transactions: 80 million shares pledged to Bohai International Trust Co., Ltd. and 155 million shares pledged to China Communications Trust Co., Ltd. The shares are being used to facilitate personal capital turnover. Following this transaction, Li Zhenguo's cumulative pledged shares amount to 455 million, representing 42.63% of his total holdings and 6.00% of Longi Green Energy's total share capital as of June 20, 2025. The announcement also indicated that existing share pledges totaling 220 million shares are due to expire soon, and the current financing will be used to repay these existing obligations. Li Zhenguo intends to promptly process the release of those previously pledged shares.
