Liuzhou Iron & Steel announces senior management changes

Liuzhou Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (SSE:601003) announced the resignations of Deputy General Managers Wu Qingxuan and Yan Zuji, effective June 26, 2025, due to work adjustments; neither will hold any position within the company post-resignation. The board has appointed Deng Shen and Zhu Heli as new Deputy General Managers. Deng Shen previously served as the General Manager of the Science and Technology Quality Center and the Marketing Center, while Zhu Heli was formerly the General Manager of the Dispatch Center and the Logistics Management Center. The appointments are effective immediately and last until the end of the current board's term.
