Jonjee Hi-Tech Industrial and Commercial Holding (SSE:600872) has announced the upcoming re-election of its board of directors. The 10th board term is expiring, and the company intends to form the 11th board through a shareholder vote at the upcoming 2025 second extraordinary general meeting. Candidates include non-independent directors such as Li Ruxiong, Lin Ying, Liu Gerui, Wan Hequn, and Liang Daheng, as well as independent directors Huang Zhuowen, Li Gang and Fang Xiang.
