Joinn Labs to reduce capital after share buyback cancellation

Joinn Laboratories (SSE:603127) announced plans to reduce its registered capital after terminating its 2021 and 2022 A-share employee stock ownership plans. As a result, the company will cancel 129,114 A-shares repurchased under these plans. The cancellation will reduce the total share capital from 749,477,334 to 749,348,220 shares, and the registered capital will decrease from CNY 749,477,334 to CNY 749,348,220. The company encourages creditors to claim against the company within 45 days.
