JCHX Mining announces CNY 0.45 per share dividend

JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. (SSE:603979) has announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, resolving to distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.45 per share to A-shareholders. The distribution is based on the company's total share capital of 623,777,804 shares before implementation, resulting in a total cash dividend payout of CNY 280,700,011.80. The record date is set for June 26, 2025, with the ex-date and cash dividend distribution date falling on June 27, 2025. Taxes will be withheld based on holding period for individual and fund investors. For QFII shareholders and Hong Kong Central Clearing Company Limited account holders, withholding will be done at a rate of 10%. The conversion price of the company's convertible bonds ("JCHX Convertible Bonds," code: 113615) will be adjusted from CNY 12.23 per share to CNY 11.78 per share, effective from June 27, 2025.
