Huatie Tech adjusts 2024 dividend, cancels stock options

Zhejiang Huatie Emergency Equipment Science & Technology (SSE:603300) has announced an adjustment to its 2024 profit distribution plan, decreasing the per-share cash dividend from CNY0.0253 to CNY0.02529 (both values include tax). This change was prompted by the exercise of stock options under the company's 2021 equity incentive plan, which increased the total share capital. The total dividend payout will decrease slightly from CNY 50,153,575.66 to CNY 50,144,117.14.
