Hongcheng Waterworks announces 2024 equity distribution, adjusts convertible bond price

Jiangxi Hongcheng Waterworks (SSE:600461) announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, distributing a cash dividend of CNY0.464 per share, totaling CNY595,848,002.59 based on the company's total share capital of 1,284,155,178 shares. The equity registration date is set for July 3, 2025, with the cash dividend payable on July 4, 2025. Additionally, the company will adjust the conversion price of its "Hongcheng Convertible Bonds" from CNY5.34 to CNY4.88 per share, effective July 4, 2025, following the equity distribution. Trading and conversion of the bonds will be suspended until then, resuming on July 4, 2025. The company will withhold taxes for individual and Hong Kong Stock Connect investors according to applicable regulations, while QFII investors may apply for tax refunds.
