Hengli Hydraulics announces 2024 profit distribution plan

Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic Co., Ltd. (SSE:601100) announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholder's meeting on May 23, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.70 per share (tax inclusive), based on the total share capital of 1,340,820,992 shares before the implementation of the plan, totaling CNY 938,574,694.40. The equity registration date is set for June 26, 2025, and the ex-right (interest) date and cash dividend distribution date are both June 27, 2025. Different tax treatments will apply to different types of investors, including individual shareholders, qualified foreign institutional investors (QFII), and Hong Kong market investors trading through Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect.
