Henan Pinggao Electric announces 2024 dividend distribution

Henan Pinggao Electric Co., Ltd. (SSE:600312) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholders' meeting on May 13, 2025. Shareholders of record as of June 25, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.067 per share. The ex-date is June 26, 2025, with payment also scheduled for June 26, 2025. The total cash dividend payout amounts to CNY 90,913,727.70, based on a total share capital of 1,356,921,309 shares. Dividend payments for holders of shares via the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect will be subject to a 10% withholding tax, resulting in a net dividend of CNY 0.0603 per share. Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) are also subject to a 10% withholding tax unless eligible for treaty benefits.
