Guangzhou Development announces CNY 0.27 per share dividend

Guangzhou Development Group Inc (SSE:600098) has announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, which was approved at the shareholder's meeting on May 30, 2025. Shareholders of record as of June 26, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.27 (inclusive of tax) per share. The ex-right date is set for June 27, 2025, with the cash dividend payable on the same day. The total dividend payout is CNY 946,702,854.36 based on a total share capital of 3,506,306,868 shares.
