First Tractor announces 2024 dividend distribution of CNY 0.2995 per share

First Tractor Company (SSE: 601038) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan. A-shareholders of record as of June 24, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.2995 per share (tax included), payable on June 25, 2025. The total cash dividend payout amounts to CNY 336,531,759.86 based on the company’s total share capital of 1,123,645,275 shares. The company will withhold income tax for individual and QFII shareholders according to applicable regulations. Hong Kong market investors (including enterprises and individuals) who invest in the company's A-shares through Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect, will also be subject to a 10% tax rate. The distribution plan excludes H-share shareholders and will be handled separately, according to the company's June 10, 2025, announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
