Daqin Railway appoints Zhang Hongyi as general manager

Daqin Railway announced the appointment of Zhang Hongyi as the company's new General Manager, effective June 17, 2025. The decision was made during the seventh session of the twelfth board meeting. Zhang Hongyi's appointment follows the retirement of the former General Manager, Han Hongchen, who reached the mandatory retirement age. Han Hongchen's departure also resulted in the removal of his seat on the board, and the board's strategy committee.
