CSSC Offshore changes accounting firm to Shinewing

CSSC Offshore and Marine Engineering Group (SSE:600685) announced it will appoint Shinewing Certified Public Accountants as its new auditor for the 2025 fiscal year, replacing incumbent BDO China Shu Lun Pan Certified Public Accountants. The change comes as BDO China's term has expired. The audit fees, which include CNY 1.3 million for financial statement auditing and CNY 280,000 for internal control auditing, are subject to shareholder approval. The previous auditor issued an unqualified audit report for 2024. Shinewing, with 259 partners and 1,780 registered CPAs, reported CYN 4.054 billion in revenue for 2024. The board approved the change on June 23, 2025.
