CIG Shanghai announces 2024 annual dividend distribution

CIG Shanghai (SSE:603083) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan. A-share holders of record as of June 23, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.22 per share (before tax). The ex-right (ex-dividend) date is set for June 24, 2025, with the cash dividend payable on the same day. The total cash dividend payout will amount to CNY 58,969,205.02. Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) and Hong Kong market investors will be subject to a 10% withholding tax, resulting in a net dividend of CNY 0.198 per share. The company will handle tax-related matters, deducting and paying taxes on behalf of individual and institutional investors as required by regulations.
