China Zheshang Bank announces 2024 A-share dividend distribution

China Zheshang Bank (SSE:601916) has announced the implementation of its 2024 A-share equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholder's meeting on June 13, 2025. The bank will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.156 per share (tax included) to A-shareholders of record as of June 26, 2025. The ex-date and cash dividend payment date are both scheduled for June 27, 2025. The total cash dividend payout will be CNY 4,284,483,210.23 (tax included). The distribution to H-shareholders is not covered in this announcement. Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) are subject to a 10% withholding tax, resulting in a net dividend of CNY 0.1404 per share.
