China Railway Signal 2024 AGM approves all resolutions

China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation announced the resolutions passed at its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Key resolutions approved include the 2024 Board of Directors' work report, the 2024 Supervisory Board's work report, the 2024 annual report, and the 2024 financial statement. Additionally, shareholders approved the 2024 profit distribution plan and the appointment of the 2025 auditing firm. They also approved the compensation for directors and supervisors. Approximately 600 shareholders and proxies attended, representing 7,182,359,434 shares, or 67.823250% of the company’s total shares. The meeting was convened and conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and the company's articles of association. A general authorization was passed for the issuance of debt financing instruments.
