China Merchants Bank announces supervisory resignations

China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. announced the resignations of supervisors Mr. Xu Zhengjun and Ms. Cai Jin, effective June 25, 2025. Mr. Xu resigned due to serving the maximum term of six years as a supervisor, also relinquishing his role as the chairman of the supervisory committee. Ms. Cai's resignation, prompted by age, includes her role on the nomination committee.
