China Marine Information Electronics shareholding changes announced

China Marine Information Electronics (SSE:600764) announced that shareholder Guofeng Investment Fund and its concert parties, including Guoxin Investment and Guoxin Central Enterprise Operation (Guangzhou) Investment Fund, have reduced their holdings in the company. The reduction was executed via centralized bidding between March 26, 2025, and June 18, 2025, with Guofeng Investment Fund decreasing its holdings by 396,500 shares. As a result, the combined shareholding of Guofeng Investment Fund, Guoxin Investment, and Guoxin Central Enterprise Operation (Guangzhou) Investment Fund decreased from 5.06% to 5.00%, now holding 35,531,457 shares in the company. The company clarified that this change in shareholding will not impact the controlling shareholder or actual controller of China Marine Information Electronics.
