Beite Tech plans A-share issue for automation expansion

Shanghai Beite Technology (SSE:603009) has announced its intention to issue A-shares to specific investors using simplified procedures, setting its sights on expanding into the burgeoning robotics and automation sectors. The plan, approved by the board on June 26, 2025, aims to secure funding for the construction of a new production base in Thailand dedicated to manufacturing planetary roller screws—a key component in robotics and high-end automation. The total investment for this project is estimated at CNY34,926.18 million, with a proposed CNY30 million funded through the A-share issuance.
